Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities for Each Position: 

  • Tower/Tray MechanicExperience in confined space work is preferred. Responsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge and experience.
  • WelderAble to weld in tight spaces and on scaffolds where fall protection may be required. Responsibilities will be according to welder qualifications.
  • PipefitterNCCER certified preferred but not required. Must have knowledge of fitting inside a confined space (columns and drums) and must be able to read drawings. Responsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge.
  • Safety Coordinator: Experience as a field safety coordinator in the petrochemical industry is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is required.
  • Timekeeper/Cost TrackerExperience in Cost Tracking and allocation of employee hours is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is required.
  • Holewatch/Firewatch/StandbyMust be able to work at heights, in adverse weather conditions and must be able to climb. Will be required to successfully complete the PFS Holewatch/Firewatch Orientation.
  • NCCER BoilermakerResponsibilities will be according to the level of knowledge and experience.
  • Certified Basic RiggerNCCCO or NCCER certifications are required.
  • Certified Advanced Rigger: NCCCO or NCCER certifications are required.
  • Bundle Extractor Operator: Experience in operating an aerial bundle extractor is required
